The Eagles are in the Super Bowl, so where’s the party?

The big game’s about a week away, and we still haven’t come down off the high… The Eagles are our NFC East Champs and we are going to the SUPER BOWL!!

So where will you watch the big game?  Here’s our roundup of places to watch Super Bowl LII.  Some events have already sold out so do not delay…

McGillin’s Olde Ale House (1310 Drury St.)

This popular bar will have HD TVs and projectors blasting the game for all of the fans who come out and support their beloved team. They will also have green beer, “ Iggletinis” (martinis with crème de menthe), SuperMugs, and their usual game day specials including wings, nachos, burgers, cheese fries, cheesestakes and pizza. There will be take out available as well, but they ask that you order in advance. The seating will be first come first serve, and McGillin’s will not be taking reservations. There is a $5 cover fee.

 

Chickie’s & Pete’s (1526 Packer Ave.)

Another popular favorite, Chickie’s & Pete’s will have standing room available for $60. In return, they will give you $60 Chickie’s Bucks for food and drink. The specials they are having will be $3 aluminum bottles, $2.50 Bud and Bud Light Draft, and $3.50 Shock Top draft.

 

Fadó (1500 Locust St.)
This Irish Bar will be one of the few with no cover fees. They suggest getting there early, and will have a projector showing the game. The pub will be offering $4 yuengling, and are located a block away from where the party will be if the Eagles win.

 

Jerry’s Bar-Northern Liberties (129 W. Laurel St.)
This Northern Liberties location will have multiple drink specials, including:
$4 City Wide, $5 old fashioned, $3 Yuengling , $3 Kenzinger, $3.50 Yards Brawler bottles, and select food specials.

 

Nicks Roast Beef Bar and Grille (16 S 2nd St.)
Nick’s will have a few specials for Super Bowl LII:
$5 roast beef and roast pork sandwiches
$2 dollar tacos
$10 bucket bud light

 

Cavanaugh’s Headhouse (421 S. 2nd St.)
Cavanaugh’s will be first come, first serve. They are offering $3.75 bud light draft
They are also offering an option to pre-order wings on their website, which can be found here.

 

Tavern on Broad (200 S. Broad St.)
Open bar tickets are available, but private tables are sold out. They are selling them from 6-10 on game day, standing room only. Some specials will include Miller Lite draft and cans, Yuengling draft and cans, single liquor house mixed drinks, select seasonal beers, and a gameday buffet. Tickets are currently $110. SOLD OUT !!  Xfinity Live! (1100 Pattison Ave.)

One of the most popular places to watch the game, is unfortunately completely sold out and no longer taking reservations. They are at maximum capacity and will not be selling tickets at the door.

 

Urban Village (1001 N 2nd St, Northern Liberties)

5 large screens around this Norther Liberties bar.  Food and drink specials all weekend beginning Feb 2nd.  Specials include green specialty beer cocktails called “4th and 26” made with their Nectar beer, lemon lime soda and curaçao, cheese steak pizzas and other specialty pizzas.  Reservations are still available, plus walk-ins, no cover

For Philadelphia traitors, er, we mean Patriots fans…

Smith’s Bar near 19th and Chestnut will have separate areas for Patriots Fans and Eagles Fans. There are even separate restrooms.
Regardless of where you choose to watch The Super Bowl, stay safe and have fun!
